Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within a standard timeframe once payment is received. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. During peak periods (e.g., holidays or sales), please allow additional time for processing.
Tracking & Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details. Tracking may take up to 24 hours to become active.
Carrier Delays
While we do our best to ensure timely delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather events, or other factors beyond our control.
Delivery Issues
Imprints IP is not liable for packages lost, damaged, or delayed in transit. If your package is damaged or missing, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim. Keep all original packaging for inspection.
