Templates

Choose the template that matches your exact product, size, shape, and printing configuration. Downloads below are hosted by Imprints IP. More product-specific templates are being checked; if your option is not listed, contact us before designing.

Before you start

  1. Match the product and ordered configuration exactly. Flag heights below are assembled heights; the PDF artboard is the production template, not the assembled height.
  2. Keep the original artboard dimensions, scale, bleed, safe areas, cut lines, and panel layout. Never resize a different template to fit.
  3. Follow the technical instructions inside your selected template. Keep essential text and logos inside its safe area and extend backgrounds as directed.
  4. Design on the artwork layer. Remove instructional/template layers only as the file directs before exporting; do not include guides in production artwork.
  5. Export a print-ready PDF at the template's original dimensions and specified scale. Check fonts, image resolution, color, and every panel before submitting. Do not rename a different file type to .pdf.

Banners

Exact product templates are being checked. Please email info@imprintsip.com with your product, size, configuration, and order number before preparing artwork. Do not substitute another product's template.

Banner Stands & Displays

Match the exact display construction, width, and shape. These are graphic-panel templates; for double-sided printing, prepare each ordered side as instructed. Templates for standard, deluxe, and SD retractable stands, X-stands, tabletop banners, and step-and-repeat displays are not yet available here. Contact us for your exact size before preparing artwork.

Table Covers & Runners

Match the cover style and table dimensions exactly. Table runner templates are not yet available here; contact us before preparing runner artwork. Do not substitute a standard throw template.

Tents & Walls

Match the tent footprint and canopy panel or wall width. The 10 × 15 ft and 10 × 20 ft canopies need the correct short- and long-side templates. Some files use reduced scale: keep the scale shown inside the PDF. A canopy template applies to the printed canopy in a complete package or replacement-canopy order; it does not add walls or hardware. For a double-sided half wall, confirm the two artwork files before production.

Flags

Pole flag templates are not yet available here. Use only the listed shape and configuration.

Booth Kits

Choose the exact booth footprint and style code from your order. Each PDF contains its own component panels and technical instructions. Preserve every panel’s dimensions and indicated scale; do not substitute another booth style.
