🔄 Return & Exchange Policy

All of our products are made to order — printed, sewn, or produced specifically for you. As such, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom items.

All Sales Are Final

Because each item is customized, we are unable to accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Incorrect sizing or color choices

  • Design or text submitted in error

  • Change of mind after placing the order

Exceptions – Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We will gladly remake or refund your item only if:

  • The product is damaged in transit

  • There is a manufacturing or print defect

  • The product differs from your approved artwork or order details

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order

  • Provide photos of the issue and keep all packaging

  • Receive preauthorization before returning any item

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.

  • Spelling, names, and dates

  • Sizes and quantities
